Our Story
We are three brothers - Ahmed, Mo, and T Salama - united by our love for ice cream and our commitment to living a healthy lifestyle. Growing up, ice cream was always a staple in our household, but as we became more health-conscious, we found ourselves facing a dilemma. Most of the ice cream brands we loved were either too unhealthy or didn't taste great. The few healthier options available often lacked the creamy texture and rich flavor that makes ice cream so enjoyable.
This sparked a journey for us. We wanted to create an ice cream that didn’t force us to choose between our health and our taste buds. With our combined passion and determination, we set out to craft a product that would appeal to different audiences, striking a perfect balance where you can indulge without guilt.

Many brands use whey protein, but we found that it often didn’t mix well and could leave a less-than-pleasant aftertaste.
